General Contest Qualification Rules:

Contests with Emerald Pools and Spas are open to all qualified persons 18 years or older EXCLUDING employees of Emerald Pools and Spas, The Emerald Collection, Dimension One Spas and their families, and household members and employees of all Wasatch and Davis County area Pool and Spa companies and their immediate family members. Salt Lake and Davis County HOME OWNERS ONLY.

One entrance per household for completing Required Step. 2 extra submissions if completing Step 2 & 3

No purchase is necessary and a total of one prize may be won per household address, whether the prize is cash, coupons, services or merchandise winners will not qualify for any other contest prize for at least 60 days.

Prize winners are responsible for all tax liability associated with the contest and will be required to provide their social security number for tax purposes and will be required to sign an eligibility release.

Winners release Emerald Pools and Spas, The Emerald Collection, Dimension One Spas and its employees from any liability associated with the contest and prize.

Emerald Pools and Spas reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar or greater value and shall not be responsible for any product liability issues.

Copies of these rules are available at Emerald Pools and Spas, 208 West 200 North Ste 1&2 Kaysville , UT 84037 between 10AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, or by mailing a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the same address. Contest rules are also posted on Emerald Pools and Spas websites where available. All decisions of the contest judges or administrators are final.

FINAL CONTESTANTS MUST BE PRESENT AT SHOWROOM 9/10/22 DURING LIVE GIVEAWAY 12-2PM

Prizes will not be awarded until the actual winner has been verified for eligibility through the Emerald Pools and Spas Business office and may take up to 3 weeks. Prizes must be claimed in a timely manner and after 30 days will be considered abandoned and the offer expired. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the winner only, based upon eligibility. A picture I.D. is required to claim the prize.

Prizes must be claimed in person where a proof of receipt will be required. Winner is responsible for all Electrical work to be done prior to hot tub delivery and installation. Hot Tub Delivery is for standard delivery 30 miles from Emerald Showroom . Additional delivery Fees apply if Hot Tub will be lifted over Steps , rock wall, crane usage and distance exceeding that exceeds 30 miles from our Kaysville, Utah Showroom.
